Normally I’d have a clamp on my flashlight and thread into my tripod on its smallest form so that I can take photo or video of things on the table. With this mini tripod I no longer need the clamp. It’s lightweight, and when need the height there’s a thread hole that can be mounted into the bigger tripod.
Another benefit of this mini tripod is when used with the NovMu 2 + diffuser during camping. My light will always be on the tripod and no need to put it on the ground or inside the pocket.
It has a bit of a plastic feel, but I think it's fine.
I use it as a light tripod! We also recommend viewing it as an object!
It's a good little tripod, interesting design and functions. It doesn't feel as sturdy as I expected, but has been working well for my needs.
